Products are identical to the Alpha depositor, with these differences:
- The Alpha depositor produces a wider variety of cookies, using
the wire cut mechanism. The Omega produces perfect Italian-style
shaped cookies using the various cookie dies (as does the Alpha)
but does not accept the wire cut mechanism used by the
Alpha for flat cookies.
- The Omega depositor makes taller and multi layered products
easily without adjusting table height.
