MONO is known throughout the world for its depositors. Both the larger capacity 'Alpha' and the newly developed 'Omega' depositor make standard and specialty deposits a snap to reproduce - often by the hundreds or thousands - and both depositors push production rates to the limit!

Products are identical to the Alpha depositor, with these differences:

  • The Alpha depositor produces a wider variety of cookies, using the wire cut mechanism. The Omega produces perfect Italian-style shaped cookies using the various cookie dies (as does the Alpha) but does not accept the wire cut mechanism used by the Alpha for flat cookies.
  • The Omega depositor makes taller and multi layered products easily without adjusting table height.
