GEAR OPTIONS

1 - STANDARD GEARS (supplied with each machine)

2 - INTERMEDIATE GEARS (supplied with each machine)
Intermediate gears are placed over standard soft mix gears to
help push slightly thicker mixes through the nozzles.
3 - PARTICULATE GEARS (optional)
Particulate gears are used for mixes which contain chocolate chips,
fruit particles and nuts, up to a diameter of 5/16" (8mm).
They replace the standard hopper gears.
TEMPLATE OPTIONS
The Omega depositor standard package includes Standard, Rotary
and Sheeting templates. Other templates are optional.

NOZZLE OPTIONS

COOKIE DIES (for Italian cookies)

Cookie dies are designed for Italian-style cookies only. (For
standard cookies, try the 'Alpha' depositor first). Dozens of nozzle
patterns are available.

CONTROL PANEL
The menu-based Omega control panel is an asset to expert and novice
bakers alike. Prominently located at eye level, it displays a diagram
of the product you have programmed in with a clear easy to read
list of dimensions.
