Options for Type B and Type F Depositors

Column Mount

The proven method of securely anchoring your cake donut depositor. The column mount can be bolted to the left or right side of the donut fryer. The set collar allows the depositor to be raised or lowered relative to the shortening level in the fryer. The rectangular plate and the brackets (Part# P-1000) are purchased separately from the column mount kit for use with non-Belshaw fryers.

Wall Mount

For situations where it is not practical to attach the Type B or F depositor to the fryer, this sturdy wall mount will do the job. Maximum extension is 42" from wall to donut drop.

Set Collar

Keeps the depositor secure at the correct height over your fryer shortening. This is standard equipment with both wall and column mount.

Bracket Arm Height Adjuster (#400)

To make different varieties of cake donuts, you sometimes need to raise or lower your depositor relative to the height of your fryer shortening. This useful accessory will do it quickly and easily.

The bracket arm height adjuster is an optional accessory, specified in place of the set collar (above).

Type B / Type F hopper

Hopper is high quality aluminum for sanitation and light weight. Holds 15 lbs (7 kg) of batter.

(This hopper is standard with Type B or Tye F depositor.)

Type B / Type F cylinder

The cylinder slides into the bottom of the Type B or Type F hopper and is essential for making cake donuts. Each plunger must match a cylinder of the same size. A range of cylinder sizes is available to match the size of the plunger being used. Several plungers may be used with one cylinder, provided all are the same size.

Cake Donut Plungers and Attachments

Cake Donut Plungers determine the size and shape of your product. A 1-3/4" plain plunger is standard for the Type B and Type F depositor. Other plungers are available to produce a variety of donuts.
