Construction

Stainless steel kettle, cabinet and drain tray. Adjustable bolt-down legs. Drain tray opens left or right (specify at time of purchase).

Screens

2 nickel-plated donut frying screens with bolt-on heat dissipating handles. Alternatively, specify removable handles to allow screens to go into proofer.

Filter

Compatible with SF18 Filter (filters and pumps back) and EZMelt 18 Melter-Filter (melts and filters). Fryer has exterior drain valve control for opening and closing the drain..
