LONG-LIFE FILTER

Synthetic filter needs replacement once per year in normal operation. Recycles fresher oil than a metal filter and is easier to clean than any other filter.

PUMP AND MOTOR

Both pump and motor are heavy duty for long service life.

FRAME

Aluminum reservoir is removable for periodic cleaning. Frame and casters are steel.

TRANS-FAT FREE SHORTENING

The SF18 is not recommended for Trans-Fat Free shortenings (these can sometimes cause blockages in the filter pump).

Belshaw Adamatic recommends EZMelt18 Shortening Melter-Filter for Trans-Fat Free shortenings. The
EZMelt contains a heating element to liquify shortening.
