Roto-CoolerContinuously rotating tray that collects donuts automatically after frying. Position it just off the end of the fryer and let it work by itself! Not only does it save a whole lot of trouble, but with its attractive polyetheline finish it complements your fryer perfectly. The Roto-Cooler base plugs right into your Donut Robot. |
Filter-Flo SiphonThe Filter-Flo removes and filters shortening if your location has no room for a built-in drain, or if your fryer has no built-in drain. You'll need a container to hold the filtered shortening, and to pour it back into the fryer. Simple and effective. |

Shortening Reserve TankEvery so often you need to add shortening to your Donut Robot fryer. Position this ingenious device right over the fryer, and place solid shortening into it. The shortening melts, and you release a stopper to insert shortening whenever you need it. Very convenient! |

Donut Robot Drain and ValveAll Donut Robots except Mark 1** have a short drain with a heavy duty metal cap attached to it, to close it off. The Drain and Valve can be attached to the fryer, instead of the threaded cap. To use the drain and valve, you will need:
If you have room for the Drain and Valve, it will save A LOT of time and trouble emptying shortening. If you do not have this room under the fryer, the drain and valve will probably not help you, and you should consider the Filter Flo siphon (above) instead. The drain cap that comes standard is NOT designed to screw on and off when you empty shortening. **Note: Mark 1 has no drain. |

Shortening Melter-FilterFor busy locations you will need this! It makes easy work of filtering and recycling shortening. You'll probably extend the life of your shortening too, by removing crumbs regularly, rather than letting them fry and fry. EZMelt18Filters, recycles and melts shortening cubes. An element heats shortening to about 200°F/93°C. You can place a shortening cube up to 50 lbs / 23 kg onto the cube cutter (a honeycomb shaped aluminum frame) and it will quickly melt ready to fill up the fryer.
Note: your fryer will need a drain for use with this filter! |

Feed Table, Tray and ClothThese are essential for making yeast-raised donuts on Donut Robot fryers (except Mark 1 and 6). The trays are aluminum and designed for donut proofing. Cloths are polypropylene with a narrow lightweight rod at the end.
HOW IT WORKS: After the donuts have been rolled and cut, but before proofing, a cloth is laid on each tray, then 12 donuts are laid on each cloth in straight rows. The donuts are proofed as normal. After proofing, bring the tray over to the feed table. The feed table is a chain conveyor with hooks to grab the rod on the end of each cloth, so you can easily slide back and remove the tray, leaving the cloth and donuts on the feed table. The feed table then drops the donuts into the fryer. The cloth is deposited under the feed table ready for another use.
HOW MANY TRAYS AND CLOTHS? Up to 60 trays and cloths are recommended for raised donuts. (They are not needed for cake donuts - these are deposited directly into the fryer by the Donut Robot depositor which comes with every fryer) |

Rack LoaderThis is a useful alternative to the Roto-Cooler. After the newly fried donuts come out of the fryer, the Rack Loader collects them directly onto 17" x 25" glazing screens, ready for glazing or stacking on a rack. |

Glazing ScreensThese are useful whether or not you glaze your donuts. They are industry standard 17" x 25", with plated steel finish, and they fit right on top of a hand glazer. If you are icing your donuts, you can let your donuts cool on these before icing them. |

GlazerThis is the HG18 EZLift glazer. It makes glazing a full screen of donuts easy. (A standard HG18 is also available) |

IcerThis is the H & I 2 icer, a 2-bowl water-warmed icer which keeps your icing in condition for a long time with mild heat.
(A 4-bowl icer is also available) |

Donut Finishing CenterAn amazingly versatile table with extendable "wings", 7 bowls for storing icings and sprinkles (3 of which are heated), and storage space for 5 pans underneath. Click here for more DFC information. |
