Belshaw Adamatic's BX3 and BX4 Eco-touch Bakery Convection Ovens are designed to be the bakery-café and quick service industry's first choice in convection ovens. Its ability to reheat frozen baked goods of all kinds to perfection, as well as high quality par-baking and baking from scratch make it the ideal choice for quick service environments. Air flow and moisture management systems ensure the BX oven produces a high-quality, even bake with steam injection on demand. The result is great control of crust depth, shine, and coloration.
The BX4 Eco-touch is Energy Star qualified, with 82% heating efficiency and 0.96 kilowatt power consumption while in sleep mode (which maintains the oven at approximately 212° F). These place the BX at the top of Energy Star convection oven rankings.
The BX4 has shelves for four 26" x 18" baking pans with 3.5" space between shelves. The BX3 includes shelves for 3 standard size 26" x 18" baking pans with 4.5" of space between shelves.
The BX Eco-touch features the Eco-touch touch screen controller. Using menus and images that operators can understand without special training, the Ecotouch controller makes programs that can take full advantage of the oven's capabilities. Bakery employees will use a display that's so clear, it's hard to go wrong.
In addition, the BX Eco-touch consumes less energy than competitors due to its high quality rigid insulation, and includes energy saving features such as Sleep mode (returns to stand-by temperature) Auto-start and auto-shutdown.
All BX Eco-touch ovens are 208V/60Hz/3-phase. Single and double stacked versions available with stands or proofer base. Doors can be hinged left or right.
With installations to date in the thousands, the BX Eco-touch has been tried and tested in the most demanding environments! See PDF Spec sheet and brochure for details and specifications.
