Belshaw's own method of extruding yeast-raised donuts. Donuts are formed by a plunger, and deposited directly onto a donut screen (F-YRD) or automated proofer basket (VMRF). From there they are treated like other raised donuts - left to rise in a proofer and then fried. The results are consistent, well-rounded donuts with a great taste, texture and bite.
