Glimek SD300 Dough Divider

High quality, high capacity 1 or 2-pocket divider for midsize bread lines.

Glimek's SD300 is a top quality automatic suction-fed dough divider that can be used either as 1-pocket or as a 2-pocket. It fits in most kinds of commercial bakeries, from medium size bakeries to larger industrial bakeries, with high accuracy and dependability.

With touch screen operation, the SD300 is easy to learn and operate, and gently handles many types of dough. And since it's a Glimek, you are sure to benefit from its ergonomic design and excellent build quality.

SD300 and SD300XL 2 versions are available to handle normal or extra-large dough weights (shown below).

  • Dough dividers from Glimek are volumetric. This means that the dough is pulled down into the hopper by suction where it gets cut off at the correct volume of the dough depending on the setting. 
  • With this technique, it is possible for the dough to have different fermentation times and still get perfect baking result since the pressure on the cut off dough is adapted after the fermentation process. 
  • This process gives an airier crumb and no, or very few, chemicals need to be added to the dough.
  • When baking artisan, and more sensitive bread, the volumetric method is preferred since the volume development is much better compared to other methods.
